Second Stimulus and TurboTax

@Dscarlett9 - just so we are clear, you state '2nd stimulus' payment....that was part of the 2020 tax return.  Regardless of which stimulus payment you didn't receive, look at Line 30 of Form 1040.   Anything missing will be listed there.  The 1st and 2nd stimulus are part of the 2020 tax return and the 3rd stimulus payment ($1400) is on the 2021 tax return

NO stimulus payments were sent to Turbo Tax..... they were all sent directly from the IRS to you.  

Can you restate what is really going on?

Yes. I never received my second stimulus payment for 600.  I received a notice from IRS it was sent.  I checked with my bank and reported it missing on my 2020 taxes. I than received a letter back stating IRS sent it therefore I couldn’t claim it. I’ve spent almost 2 years trying to get IRS to complete a trace report. Today I finally had some success, they stated it was sent to the Turbo bank account attached to my taxes from 2019. I choose the option for deduction after my taxes were received. Therefore I am now trying to find out why I received the first and third direct deposit but not the second. IRS stated I need to contact Turbo tax. I’m not sure what happened to it and how to get it sent to my account.

@Dscarlett9 - Turbo Tax would not have received it, as they never are involved in payments from the IRS.  but Santa Barbara Bank would have  - I suspect you requested your Turbo Tax fees be netted from your refund on your 2019 tax return - which is where all this mess began.  

Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, LLC  (SBTPG) is the bank that handles the Refund Processing Service when you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your refund.
