Why did it reject? We can't see your account or return. We are just other users. Is it for the wrong AGI? That's a common reason.
When did you file 2018? If it was late in the year try putting in zero for the AGI. And see, https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/rejections/help/what-if-i-entered-the-correct-agi-and-i-m-still-ge...
If your spouse died during 2019 there is a problem efiling and you will have to mail your return

If you can’t get it to efile you will have to print and mail it.

Be sure to attach copies of your W2s and any 1099s that have withholding on them. You have to mail federal and state in separate envelopes because they go to different places. Get a tracking number from the post office when you mail them for proof of filing.
For AGI Reject code 031

Good idea so I Think I'll just file hard copies immediately.
Thanks
how can i change the EIN number
Which EIN? Where? On a W2 or 1099?
1099
Go back to where you entered the 1099 and change it. What kind of 1099? There are over a dozen kinds.
To Enter, Edit or Delete a 1099R go to
Federal Taxes on the left side
Wages & Income at the top
Then scroll way down to Retirement Plans and Social Security,
Then IRA, 401(k), Pension Plans (1099R) - click Start or Revisit
You should get a list of all 1099R that you can edit or delete
If you are filing a Joint return be sure to pick which person it is for.
If you edit or review a 1099R it does not keep your answers from before but resets them to the defaults. Then you have to go through and answer them all again. So be sure to go all the way to the end of the 1099R section. They are right unless you go back.
