My 2019 return was rejected. I received the ACTION NEEDED email. I even found the instructions on here for how to fix a rejected return (sign in and they'll walk me through what needs to be fixed).
My question is this: When I open my Turbo Tax software (where I would go to do my taxes) it says "get started" and has no information in there anymore. I do not see where or how I would sign in on this in order to retrieve my filed return. When I log in online, it doesn't show my my returns there either. I have a saved copy of my returns in PDF format on my compute but it won't allow me to pull this into the software to edit it. Please help!! I need to get this done while my kids are napping and I can focus, which means my time to work on this is limited...

If your code is one of the above, click on the code and follow the instructions under the TurboTax CD/Download Software heading. Make sure that you are opening your .taxfile2019 not the PDF. If you do not see the .tax file, please search your PC/MAC as this file should have automatically been downloaded when you completed/saved the return.
