Rejected Return
My 2019 return was rejected. I received the ACTION NEEDED email. I even found the instructions on here for how to fix a rejected return (sign in and they'll walk me through what needs to be fixed).
My question is this: When I open my Turbo Tax software (where I would go to do my taxes) it says "get started" and has no information in there anymore. I do not see where or how I would sign in on this in order to retrieve my filed return. When I log in online, it doesn't show my my returns there either. I have a saved copy of my returns in PDF format on my compute but it won't allow me to pull this into the software to edit it. Please help!! I need to get this done while my kids are napping and I can focus, which means my time to work on this is limited...
