If you don't get your deposit, there is a few reasons why that might happen.
If TurboTax is unable to deliver the refund up to 5 days early, your order will be canceled and you won't be charged the up to 5-Day Early fee. You will receive a follow-up email with a refund and timing update, and if any cancellation is applicable.
If you don’t receive an update email or an automatic refund (if applicable) within a few days, you can contact TurboTax Customer Support by clicking the link below.

This is that same repetitive jargon. I have the exact same situation and yet you all still will not answer the question of where the funds are?
Where's my Refund is the most accurate information as it is directly from the IRS. Once your return is filed, TurboTax has no control over the processing of your return or the release of your refund. The TurboTax site can only update if the information is provided for the software to update. This doesn't always happen so the information shown on TurboTax could be behind.
The IRS is who is issuing your refund, not TurboTax, so the IRS has the most up to date information.
Here are a couple FAQs to track your refund:
When will I get my federal tax refund?
How do I track my state refund?
Why does Where's My Refund say "approved" but TurboTax still says "accepted"?
Why do some refunds take longer than others?
What if my IRS refund is taking longer than 21 days?
The IRS is not holding my refund I have an approved status which your representatives are saying they can't see for whatever reason. Also I'm using Intuit credit karma money spend account per the requirement when I filed. So this is not the irs's issue this is a lack of accountability and transparency with TurboTax. You all are playing with people's funds deliberately.
I know they won’t give any straight answers
Exactly. I have reached out several times to TT and Credit Karma money and no one has any information and keep saying that it's on the IRS when the IRS has already approved and released funds. I feel like TT is using fraudulent services and behaviors right now and their customer service is absolutely terrible. I don't know about you but this is the last time I will ever use this platform.
In the community we do not have access to information about your refund. We can not give you information beyond what we are stating.
If you want specific information you will have to call TurboTax Customer service. Here is a link: Turbo Tax Customer Service
I just spoke to customer service with TT and they said that I will have my refund by my ddd from wmr which is the 26th so we will see
Again the wmr reflects an approved status with a refund date. You always customer service is absolutely horrid. You continue to shift blame to the IRS when it's not the irs's issue at this point this is TurboTax. They IRS has approved my refund release my refund giving me a date and yet you all can't see that on your side for whatever reason? And then you just give this repetitive general jargon as a response when it does not answer the question of where my funds are. And at this point it seems like this is going to become a legal matter.
And then you provide the exact same contact information which I have used to reach out to your customer service center several times to get the exact same nothing answer. You all are playing with people's money and as customer service Representatives you all should stop responding if you do not have accurate in an and truly informative information about what is going on with people's money.
Fingers crossed. I really hope it does come through for you as do I hope it post for me.
