Product refund request

My name is Nathan hester, I used turbo tax to file my very simple W2s for free not noticing I was on  a type of delux version which ended up costing me a little over 90 dollars.I have reached out to customer service about this mistake and would like to request a one time refund thank you.

I have requested a refund for products here (How do I request a refund for my TurboTax product?) but how do I track the refund requests if I never received a case #?

How long does a refund of products take? Seems like a number of people are having the same issue and long delays here.

Intuit has charge me way too much for me to do my own taxes. I receive $21 from a 199I was charged a $178 that is totally taking advantage when I'm doing my own taxes all to work.
