I already paid for the Audit Support in error. I thought I was paying for an additional State filing. Please cancel and issue a refund. I would rather cancel with the merchant than have my credit card company file a dispute.

If you already paid, you'll have to talk to the folks at TurboTax Support for assistance with any billing issues. There's not anything that can be done for you in this user community forum. Once again, here is the contact info for TurboTax Support:

My taxes were rejected and when I went in to correct the error I did not realize I did not choose to not get audit defense. How do I cancel it since it already processed?
If your return was rejected, you can go back and choose to add Audit Defense. If your return is accepted, there is no way to cancel it.

How do I cancel out of Audit Defense? I accidentally paid twice, once with CC and out of my state refund

Also, please feel free to contact TurboTax Customer Support. If you inquire about a refund, you will want to use the keywords billing issues when you call so you get to the right person.
