Can anyone clarify if the now completed status means we will get refund?
@Amzinglyme Please return to your post and scroll up to the complete reply directly above your own question. That reply explains what "payment completed" means. NO, it does not mean the IRS has issued your refund now. It only means that TurboTax considers that your payment for using the software has been completed.
what this means order status: payment completed turbotax
@Daivon33 If you chose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund, all that "payment completed" message means is that TurboTax knows that they will get their payment when the IRS issues your refund. Do NOT misunderstand and think it means your refund is on its way right now. Only the IRS controls when your refund will be issued. TurboTax does not get any information from the IRS after you file your tax return.
Once your federal return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control. TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.
You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount (line 35a of your 2021 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:

If you chose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund, that will take some extra time, while the third party bank handles the refund processing.

What this mean
@Daivon33 Yes---exactly as the above reply states----you chose to have your fees deducted from your federal refund WHEN the IRS issues that refund. So "someday" when the IRS issues your refund, the refund will go first to the third party bank. The third party bank will take your TurboTax fees out of that federal refund, and then they will send you the rest of the refund.
How long it takes tho for I get my money
What this mean 🤔🤔🤔 my money otw are something
"How long it takes tho for I get my money "
Again......You will not receive your refund until the IRS issues the refund. No one at TurboTax knows when that will happen. The IRS does not tell TurboTax when it will send your refund. ONLY the IRS can tell you. You should use the link that has already been provided to you---but here it is again.

Yet I still haven't received my refund 😕 2020 even though it says payment completed , so does that mean since TurboTax has collected their payment , then I should be getting my refund finely..?
TurboTax does not get any information at all from the IRS after you file your tax return. No one at TurboTax knows what the IRS is doing with your return.
There have been a lot of delays for 2020 federal refunds. Did you mail your return or e-file?
If you mailed it:
MAILED RETURNS
If you mail a tax return (or a payment) to the IRS, it is a good idea to use a mailing service that will track it like UPS or certified mail so you will know it was received.
When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s.
TurboTax will not know anything about your mailed return, and will continue to show “Ready to Mail” on your account. TurboTax will not know that you put your tax return in an envelope and took it to a mailbox. TurboTax does not get updates on mailed (or e-filed) returns.
The IRS refund site recently changed and is now showing information for 2020 returns as well as information for 2021 returns so you can check the IRS site.
You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount (line 35a of your 2020 or 2021 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:
Or......
Did you e-file? Did you click a big orange button that said “Transmit my returns now?”
When you e-file your federal return you will receive two emails from TurboTax. The first one will say that your return was submitted. The second email will tell you if your federal return was accepted or rejected. If you e-filed a state return, there will be a third email to tell you if the state accepted or rejected your state return.
Does your TT account say that your return was accepted? Or does it say something else—like “rejected”, “printed” or “ready to mail?” If it does not say accepted then it was not filed unless you put it in an envelope yourself and mailed it.
TurboTax does not mail your tax return for you.
If your e-file was accepted:
