    Do you have a question about credit cards in general or did you recently receive a new credit card?

      I received a new credit card and cannot enter it into the Turbot Tax system.

      Due to having to cancel old credit card  number(fraud), I have a new credit card number. How do I update my number in the Turbotax (Intuit) system before I order for 2021?

      Or.... is this about the TurboTax prepaid Visa?  When all you post is three words, it's pretty hard to guess what you need.   This is not live chat.  We need a complete question that makes your problem clear to us.

        This is about new new Bank VISA card, replacing the VISA card I used to buy 2018 TurboTax.

         

        I sent you MULTIPLE more-descriptive "Subject" message lines.  With NO success, I gave up, sent the above limited Subject line, and turned-off my PC.       JAH

        How do you know or find out if you will get loan when taxes are accepted?  I have called help desk twice and been told to wait for email or text when funds are available?

        If you are an Advantage subscriber where you received the TurboTax software each year in November, see this TurboTax support FAQ for updating your Advantage account - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/choosing-a-product/help/how-do-i-update-or-confirm-the-info-in-my-...

        Note that updating your Advantage account will only be effective for the 2022 software to sent to you next November, not for the 2021 software.
