I recieved notice that my credit card was invalid.  I'm trying to add my new card but when I go to the payment section I hit a dead end.  I'm using MAC with a chrome browser


You can log out, close the browser, then try private browsing (incognito mode) to see if that makes any difference, but my confidence level is not very high. 

 

Received notice how?   Did you get an email from Intuit, or were you trying to enter one and got a popup message?   Are you an Advantage customer (annual membership)?  If so, see this:

"I hit a dead end."

I'm not sure what the dead end is.   Are you saying when you enter the new card, you get a message that it is invalid?

 

Unless you get a suggestion in this user community forum, you may need to phone TurboTax Support for realtime assistance.   At the time I'm writing this, they are open another 90 minutes today.
