My tax return got sent to wrong address, what do I do?!?!

TurboTax Support will not contact you from the public forum, but you can (and should) phone them if you believe your Intuit account was compromised,  a fraudulent TurboTax return was submitted, or other ID security issue, etc.

Support hours are 5AM-9PM Pacific (8AM-12 Midnight Eastern), 7 days/week

Your return or your refund check ?   Who sent it ?   Was the is correct address as listed on the tax return ?

The program asks for your CURRENT mailing address ... so did you enter one where you could not get mail ?

@kynGeb28 We are not certain what you mean.   Do you mean that you filed your tax return by mail, and mailed your own  federal or state tax return to the wrong address?    Or do you mean that you think your income tax refund check was mailed to the wrong address?   Did you enter the wrong address on your own tax return?  Or did your mailing address change after you filed your tax return?

I need to know what I need to do bc I can’t get the IRS on the phone.

Edit you message and remove your information - Click on the three vertical dots on the upper left corner of your message and click on Edit 

You will have to change your address with the IRS.  Go to this IRS website for how change your address with the IRS - https://www.irs.gov/faqs/irs-procedures/address-changes
