license code for 2019

I need to access my 2019 file to make an amendment.  I am being asked to enter my license code and I cant find it.  How do I get it?

My computer crashed and need 2019 license for turbo tax.  I purched Nov 2019.  I am trying to recover my 2019 tax returns in order to amend.
