I think I finished file but they said you not qualify to efile please fix & summit for me

Did you enter any taxable income on the tax return?  If the tax return does not have any type of income entered on the tax return it cannot be e-filed.

Is Social Security the only income entered?  Or did you foreign earned income and all the income is excluded from taxation?
