TurboTax does not receive any information from the IRS or your state after your return was filed, so no one at TurboTax knows about a letter you received from the IRS or the state.

AUDIT SUPPORT
TurboTax has a special phone number for help with IRS/state tax letters, which will be easier than going through regular Customer Support. At the page below, click on the blue button that says "Get Help from TurboTax Support". Then it will ask you what tax year is your letter. Then it will ask you what the letter concerns. Then it will show you the phone number during posted business hours.

Why wasn't my income reported to the IRS? The letter states that I did not report my RETIREMENT INCOME TAXABLE. Also, a $4,000 discrepancy on line 11 form 1040. And line 12a. And line 15 and 17a.
So many inconsistencies between what I sent and what the IRS claims to have received.
Please help. Thank you.

Did you enter your retirement/pension income reported on the Form 1099-R? The IRS received a tax form with income and tax withholding that was not reported on your tax return.
Call the IRS using the phone number on the letter you received to find out who the payer of the income was that you should have entered on your tax return.
I DID report everything.

Is there someone at TURBOTAX that can tell me why the IRS received different financial numbers other than what I reported? And can turbotax verify my tax return with the IRS?
TurboTax cannot intercede with the IRS on your behalf.
You can use the TurboTax Audit Support Center and speak with an agent who can assist you with understanding the IRS letter you received and what your next steps should be - https://support.turbotax.intuit.com/irs-notice/audit-support/
