Why wasn't my income reported to the IRS? The letter states that I did not report my RETIREMENT INCOME TAXABLE. Also, a $4,000 discrepancy on line 11 form 1040. And line 12a. And line 15 and 17a.
So many inconsistencies between what I sent and what the IRS claims to have received.
