This is the message I got when I logged into my Turbo tax Account
I also updated on the 15th and am still waiting. I wonder if it could be there going by our agi's and it will update whenever we would have been mailed a check based on our income. Atleast I am hoping that is it. Anyone else think this could be possible??
This is bull**bleep** forreal all of us that updated it when it first came out are **bleep**ED...
This is my exact story. Filed a 2019 return, IRS needed my 2015 return, mailed them a copy, IRS closed, pending completion of 2019 taxes, Stimulus didn't come on the 15th, sent direct deposit info same day, approved eligibility, waiting on date since. :(
Have you received your 2019 tax refund? I had to file my 2014 tax return before they would release my 2019 refund. I did all they asked me to back in February and I am still waiting. Filed and accepted Jan 31st. Have not received my 2019 tax refund or stimulus so I feel ya on that.
I'm having the same problem and recently noticed while you can't contact anyone for any help you can fill out a " satisfaction survey" for the get my payment app.
I am now sending hundreds of them a day asking for more information about why it's still giving me that message.
I am not doing it thinking it will help , honestly my goal is to just have then acknowledge the problem in the FAQs they apparently update "frequently"
@JLM40 Yep. Sent info in February. Waited the 30 days for them to receive it. Before I could call to try and light a fire under their ass, they were closed indefinitely. IRS now owes me $10,177. The Lord knows that I need it now. Who knows when I will get any of it.
@Alissa_c It wouldn’t be so bad if that were the case, but it isn’t. They said if you update your direct deposit info you’ll get it faster. Also, some folks who make close to $75,000 updated last week and already received their money or a date. This has something to do with us updating on the 15th. It’s like they totally skipped over us all. I know people who updated their direct deposit info on the 15th and received a paper check. Odd thing is though, there’s some folks here still waiting who would have received a paper check already if they didn’t enter their direct deposit information on the 15th. There’s a major issue with this, and the IRS needs to figure it out.
Oh wow thank you for letting me know about the survey. I just sent one. I am hoping it works if enough people take them
IIRS say that people that make 30k or more will receive their check on may 8. I keep my fingers crossed!!!!
I just checked since it’s past midnight, just for giggles. Now it tells me

Haha! This thing is so broken! We all should have waited a few days before putting info in. Not sure about the rest of y’all, but I will never file through TurboTax again either. We got totally overlooked by the IRS and them. I’m also still waiting on a paper check from my refund that was mailed on March 27th due to an issue with TurboTax. Done with it. Feels like TurboTax got our money and they’re collecting interest on it til the IRS does something. If that’s not the case, then the IRS just totally overlooked every one of us who ironically updated our info before anyone else. BS.
I made way less and have not got mine
Same..I was a student in 2019..and I did not get mine yet 🙄
Same boat submitted apr 15 then portal went down checked apr 17 for a date, said needed DD info don't know why it needed it but some reason they didn't have it. Been waiting ever since with the message
You are eligible for the payment. Once we have your payment date, we will update this page
So evidently anyone who had ANY type of tax issue whether they needed a copy of this from 2015 or that from 2017 sounds like people who had an "issue" have not had their 2019 taxes 100 % complete have NOT gotten their stimulus money. The IRS closed down before they could finish processing my +$9100.00 return because I lacked info from 2017. I'm also not getting a payment date but I'm eligible on stimulus even though I was on the ball and put my direct deposit info in on April 15.
