I got a direct deposit date of 2/24/2025 and paid for five days earlier when will I receive my refund?

Most the TT reps you get on the phone are new hires. They are still hiring 1000’s of people to answer the phone, and they are undertrained product experts with limited access to resources about your actual refund. They are trained to direct you to the irs website, so Ask for a supervisor or resolution desk, a lot of the sups are new too but they have access to programs the others dont

1. Most of the delays are being caused by the rescinding of the 5 days advance offer. (Updated pricing)

2. All parties are not cooperating via customer service.

3. If a pending status replaces your bar, then you are most likely to receive by the end of the day. (Most prior to 2pm est.)

4. If a pending status doesn't replace your bar you will get it within 2 days of your DDD.

5. Worst case scenario is if they try to send your refund after the alteration and it doesn't process as planned they will be sending paper checks to arrive 5-7 days post IRS ETA.

Go to sbtpg.com, click taxpayer, and then skip irs option and go down to sbtpg option and it will tell you if your return has.Been funded yet.

What do you mean if a pending status replace your bar? On the irs website?

So the 5 day offer recension caused a pause to update the prices. It is reflect on TT tracking tool. The bar goes similar to the IRS accepted approved sent. Your bar was past the second dot meaning it should be on the way to you soon, but instead it reverts back as if it was not approved. Instead it says pending that is a good thing that means that your fees are now processing and a confirmation email is in your immediate future.

I have been doing taxes for years and I have received mine as well as those I did taxes for. I logged back in to mute the community, but I will be available for questions for the next 30 minutes only. I you have a DD date of 2/20 and did not receive your funds yet, you should be making some calls. Either your refund is sent and was rejected to be sent as a check or you may need to verify your identity with the IRS. You definitely should have received an initial email confirming the receiving of your funds by now. You DDD is the date your money is sent not necessarily received. So, this being your case reach out to IRS directly.

One stated it was accepted on February 3, and then I Would receive my refund by 24 February I go to where is my refund it shows just received so I call and get some smart mouth little girl telling me I’ll get it whenever they decide to send it. This is outrageous when we owe money they want it by the date that we say I know this because I did an offer in compromise. Now they’re refusing to do our refunds in the same manner my Return was completed and filed on February 1. I got the acknowledgment on February 3. This is just really a piss off and I’m sure I’m not the only one girl Trump **bleep**
