If the IRS already Accepted your federal tax return, all you can do is wait. You are not alone. Several taxpayers had their tax returns Accepted and have not received their refunds, including those that filed before you. However, each taxpayer's tax returns are different and may be processed/reviewed/approved differently.
Please feel free to review the following IRS link if you haven't already, 2017 Tax Season Refund Frequently Asked Questions.
If applicable:
I claimed the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) or the Additional Child Tax Credit (ACTC) on my tax return. When can I expect my refund?
If you chose to pay TurboTax with your federal refund, once the IRS reviews and approves your federal refund, the amount is sent to a third-party, who processes the TurboTax fees and the remaining amount is deposited into the bank account you provided. The state refund(s) must be reviewed and approved and will be sent directly from the state(s) (no third-party is involved). Please review the following link(s) and the link(s) embedded on the webpage(s) for more information:
What is taking me so long to getmy fed. taxes back it keep saying my are being processed ,i file on feburay the first in they was except ,I've already receive my state taxes ,so how come I've got to wait so long on my fed.
Some returns take longer than others. It's possible your return may require additional review and take longer to process.
Per the IRS Refund Timing page, the IRS expects the first EITC/ACTC related refunds to be available in taxpayer bank accounts or on debit cards by the first week of March, if they chose direct deposit and there are no other issues with their tax return. Where’s My Refund? will be updated with projected deposit dates for most early EITC/ACTC refund filers by February 22. Your tax return may not have fallen into the early filer category. Please see the below TurboTax FAQ for more information on the Path Act:

I filed as well on February 1st. It says on turbo tax that my refund was accepted, but when I check the IRS website it says still being processed. How long should I wait before thinking there is something wrong?
@Corey1987 This is unfortunately normal. Taxpayers who claim the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) or the Additional Child Tax Credit (ACTC) may experience a refund hold. Even though the IRS issues 9 out of 10 tax refunds within 21 days, it's possible your return may require additional review and take longer to process.
The IRS started processing returns later than in prior years and as such has a backlog to work through. They also just recently started processing returns claiming EIC and/or ACTC.
During processing, the government reviews your refund. During the review process, they look for math errors on your return (extremely rare in TurboTax) and they also check if you owe back taxes, unpaid child support, or other debts.
If they need to make any corrections, they may offset (reduce) your refund. In some cases, the correction might even increase your refund.
Once that part's done, the government approves your refund, which means it's ready to be deposited or sent. At that point the IRS site will update with a direct deposit date.
The general timeline of e-filed returns is: Transmission > Acceptance > Processing > Approval > Refund.
Continue to monitor the IRS Where’s My Federal Refund? site for updates. Updates are made daily, usually overnight. You may also download the IRS2Go app to check your Federal refund status.
Some 2019 federal refunds are delayed due to the PATH Act
Why do some refunds take longer than others?
I did too , and i don’t know if I should be worried.
If you are concerned about the status of your taxes and you are past the 21 day mark you should call the IRS to see if they can provide you with any additional information.
