TurboTax gives you an estimated date for receiving your refund based on a 21 day average from your date of acceptance, but it can take longer. Many refunds are taking longer during the pandemic.
Once your federal return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control. TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.
You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount (line 20 of your Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:

I'm on the exactly same situation, but my federal taxes got accepted on June 23, same day as my friend and his check already arrived to his house 2 weeks ago I mine didn't. Did you get your check already?

I also had my refund confirmed and sent by post but it has been months now and I still haven’t received it? Please can you help me?

That is not clear. Who confirmed it? Confirmed what? That it was received by the IRS? That the IRS mailed your refund to you? Who sent something by post You? The IRS?
I found out the problem. On my address information was missing the number of the building a live in (number 85 building name: Bela Citta) and now I'he updated it.
I'm trying to find a number on IRs to call and tell the problem and see if its possible to still get the check to my place.
@jamesd19 You cannot "update" information on the TurboTax site and expect it to be transmitted to the IRS. The software does not work that way. If you need to change your address with the IRS you have to send a change of address form to them.
