I call the number on the back of the turbo tax card and i am getting no answer. what can i do.can someone help me. want to find out if my federal is on my card

The only thing I can locate is the routing number and the account number but no card number. So I still can’t do anything. I know people are trying to help everyone but what everyone is saying doesn’t work

Please see the steps above I mentioned.  These steps will allow you to enter in your Social Security Number.  Any card issue has to go through the Prepaid Card Customer Service.

We have no idea what number you are calling.   If it's an old Turbo Card from last year, it may have a different number on it.  It also depends on how many calls can be handled at once.  I just tried, and it answered immediately just now.

I need to speak to a representative. I have tried every option through the automated system and the online chat. There’s no option to speak with someone. Who can I call?

I've tried to contact support and at this time they completely removed the option to even talk to anyone. I was told by turbo tax I need to file a claim to my local courthouse.. both companies should be sued as they are scamming up by using "shell" like company tactics to keep us from getting the help we need.

If it's a Turbo Visa Debit Card, the link below is their contact page.  I have no idea what number is on the back of your card, and if it's the same number or not.  But the number is displayed here:

Or phone TurboTax Support, and tell them you can't reach anyone at the Turbo Card and see what they suggest.
