I call the number on the back of the turbo tax card and i am getting no answer. what can i do.can someone help me. want to find out if my federal is on my card

They don't care about us, I loaded money on my card last week ago through the reload service and it hasn't shown up. Turbo tax keeps telling me that I must contact green dot even tho there IS NO WAY to speak with anyone from green dot. Turbo tax has lost all respect from me. I have a 4 hour long video of me calling 6 different green dot numbers proving they removed their live help options and also video includes talking to turbo tax, which isn't actually turbo tax. You are speaking to a 3rd party contractor for turbo tax who cannot help with anything. Scam company who told me they can't help and I should get a lawyer. Will never go through turbo tax again and will make sure this info gets out to the public.

also any of the posters on this forum who claim to be from turbo tax isn't actually from turbo tax, they are 3rd partied and only told to copy and paste responses. Good luck.

There is no one to help you with the turbo green dot card as green dot is MIA and has removed all contact methods. I sent my lawyer the over 4 hour long video I made from over 8 hours worth of recording my endeavor trying to contact them. Turbo tax says they will get me the correct info, then they just Google the greenest number and tell me to call 877-795-7597. Which if you call that number and enter your card info the automated system even says THIS IS NOT A GREEN DOT CARD. Turbo card is a shell company and isn't related to green dot or turbo tax, even though it says intuit on the front and green dot on the back.

This is my same issue. I'm getting nowhere and the IRS website says my stimulus check was deposited onto this card.

I keep calling the 888 number and it's not even ringing and it just hangs up. I believe my stimulus check was deposited on the card and I don't have the card. I called turbo tax to see if they can help and they want me to pay $30 to speak to someone. It's safe to say we are all **bleep** out of luck with this trash **bleep** company.

Yeah its a scam. I went to the irs website to use the track stimulus tool and the site told me they didn't have any direct deposit information for me.. even tho I got the turbo card direct deposit for my tax return.. they doing this on purpose to use our money.
