Why I can't talk with a representative? And the app is acting up as well?
Nobody is able to do anything right now. These comments are getting me worried. I've been trying for 7 hours. The phone number rings then hangs up before connecting to an automated system or anything. The app isn't letting me log in either. I've tried logging in to the site and it wouldn't let me. Now it says that my password is wrong and I use the same password for everything 🙄
I check through the irs stimulus site. I put in my info and it's giving me my bank account info.. Which is correct and it says that I supposed to have have a deposit today 🤷♀🤦♀

To those who have their card, the money may be on there. I had a $0 balance as of yesterday and I just got groceries and got some cash back.
Yes mine was added to a card I never freaking received either! I can’t get anybody on the darn phone to send a new card this is bullcrap! I will NOT use turbo tax again!
They sent my money to a card they never even sent me and I cant even report it lost or stolen because u have to have the stupid card number to do so this is a big big mess

They sent my stimulus check to the wrong account I have the last 4 numbers to where they sent it how can I find out what accounts in turbo tax cause I used turbo tax since 2016 and always got the prepaid card
Is it not possible to speak to someone about the turbocard. You have the incorrect DOB so your automated system is not going to help! This is ridiculous! This customer service is the worst ever. Get this fixed!
An answer now to this now would be great! What is the number to reach a live agent?
OMG, really, this is not the actual card NUMBER, this is the account number attached to the card. THIS IS NO HELP. Can you please give out better advice!

All we get is a an automated system. No one on one live call. Website says money from the stimulus is in the account but no money on the card. We cant get ahold of a live person at [phone number removed]. Please tell me how we can talk to a live person.
