Is it a bad connection right now? I've been trying to call the [phone number removed] all morning and it won't connect.
They have now blocked me from calling turbo tax. I was told on the phone from someone at turbo tax that they cannot help and that I may need to take legal action so I asked to speak to a manger to see if they could contact green dot. Transfered to a lady named Victoria who after I explained my issue said "we are unable to assist you further since you may be consulting a laywer" even tho I told her I wasn't, it was just what the last lady recommended. She then repeated that she can no longer speak with me and will put a block on my account. So now I'm going to have to get a lawyer.. this company legit just killed itself. if you plan on doing the legal way please let me know and I will get you a way to contact me so we can exchange case numbers once I do get incontact with a lawyer as the only way to get these people to do their job is to stand up together against this fraud.
its not a bad connection. They literally removed their contact method from the automated lines.

@MonicaM don't lie, its been like this for weeks from what I'm finding out from other people. Its not just today lady and I have video confirmation of that since at least April 10th 2020. I'd advise you don't try to calm us down when you know you are wrong.

On Top of that, somehow my password now is incorrect. I've been using safe chain passwords and Face ID forever. I did not change the password nor do I have email confirmation of it. I check my balance using my app like I do every week. Anyways this seems shady.
The numbers not working and the website is not loading I just need to check if the stimulus money is there but cant.
I have called several times it tells me my call cant be completed at this time and hangs up I have tried to log on with the mobile app and still nothing. My daughter used a turbo card and it says hers was suppose to be deposited but wrong account number never using turbo again
It will only go to that card if that’s the info Turbo tax has, otherwise it should go to your bank
Yea all my friends are telling me there money hit there turbo tax card why isn't mine I don't understand.and I'm not trying to be negative but it makes me feel like my money isn't coming smh
I call the number on the back of turbo taxcard and i am getting no answer.what can i do . Can Simeone help me .
