Are you using the ONLINE or  DOWNLOADED  program to amend the return?   What version did you use to file the original return ?

If you successfully efiled the original return then you should be able to log into the online program and see the efiling status ... then scroll down to choose to amend the return ...

I am trying to amend 2022.

There isn't an amend link on 2022.

I can see one for 2020 as in your screenshot

If you do not see the amendment option then the program doesn't recognize your filing of the original return ... so did you use this online account to efile the return  or did you mail  the return in ?

Also, turbotax seems "confused".
The home page has both links for:

"fix my return" and "fix my rejected return"

and

"accepted  filed federal tax return"

If I follow the "fix my return" link => it says accepted and there is nothing to fix

If I follow the "fix my rejected return" link => to to same page that says accepted and there is nothing to fix

Yes. e-filed.  And received confirmation from IRS and state.
But turbotax seems in a "confused"  state.  See my post
