How to amend US -China treaty $5000 on Turbotax for a previous year?

It was supposed to start with the "Wage&Income" tag, but I could not find the Wage&Income at the top of the screen in the amendment version for 2020, any suggestions?

The income section has different names in different versions of TurboTax. You need to start in the Personal Income section in the version you show here.

Thank you! Will Turbo tax allows for e-filing tax amendment for 2020? It doesn't seem work for me as Turbo tax says that "e-file season ends in 4/15/2021"; however, irs says "If you need to amend your 2019, 2020 and 2021 Forms 1040 or 1040-SR you can now file the Form 1040-X, Amended U.S. Individual Income Tax Return electronically using available tax software products".

You will need to paper file your amended 2020 tax return. TurboTax doesn't support e-filing 2020 amendments.

I have trouble downloading previous years' tax app for tax amendment. The download link keeps says "Oops! It looks like we hit a snag." Is this a temporary bug? Thank you!
