How long did it take for you to receive your check from TPG ?

It say my check was mailed out on the Aug 4 when will I receive it in the mail ?

@Brieanab how are you able to see when your check was mailed out? i’ve been told a few different dates. It’s been 14 business days now.

Honestly I don’t know , mines still have the same date !! Hopefully I don’t have them problems.. this my first time doing my taxes .. have you tried calling today?

THEY TOLD ME MY CHECK WAS MAILED OUT AUGUST 12,2022 it takes 15 business days to receive and today is Sept 4th I still haven’t gotten my check in the mail

like how long before I receive it this is really frustrating I will never use turbo tax ever

I will never use turbo tax AGAIN. My refund got send to a closed bank account feb 23. It’s may 7th and I haven’t received my refund yet. TPG IS THE WORSE COMPANY TO PARTNER WITH.. they now told me it can take up to 20 MORE WEEKS for the funds to be released to the IRS.

After a long year and 3 months I received a check from irs! Trust me this has been a long battle. My advice is to have irs track it. It took 4 months but out of no where I receive a check from them. Just call them and tell them to put a track on it, trust me! Turbo tax is a fraud, truly playing with us.
