Automated machine is having all kinds of issues they said. There was no manager available (or willing to take my call I assume) so I'm calling back later. Not paying $30 plus notary fees for someone else's doing if something happened to my current check.

Guys they're on some shady crap over there. A lady just called me back and told me my check was mailed on the 4th and I told her the last representative told me it was the 28th and she goes well idk who told you that because your file says every agent informed you that it was mailed on the 4th like wtf no. So she's all you need to fill out a form to get a new check. I'm like no thanks I'm not paying 30 bucks plus a notary I'm gonna wait a little longer and believe the rep who told me it was mailed the 28th
I told the girl they were on sone shady **bleep**. How is it legal to charge us for something we didn't have any involvement in?? We never signed a contract with them.
What did she say? The lady who talked to me was rude af!! I just sent them a form on their website telling them that if they don't give me my money on my turbo tax card like last year that I will be contacting my attorney

FEB 24: IRS deposited refund.
Between MAR 4 and APR 12 called SBTPG repeatedly. On hold for 1-2 hours before being disconnected. Only way to talk to someone is to request call back option.
MAR 4: SBTPG agent told me check was mailed 3/2.
MAR 22 and 28: Emailed SPTPG customer support. No response.
MAR 22: Filed complaint with BBB.
MAR 28: SBTPG agent told me check was mailed 3/8, wait 7-10 days. It had been 16 days. I asked what to do next. She said wait 7-10 days then call back. Said I'd wait until end of week.
MAR 28: Filed complaint with Comptroller of Currency, who could not process complaint and referred me to Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
APR 5: Called SBTPG and requested supervisor. Agent told me supervisor would not get on phone, my account was flagged because I filed complaint, and he could not talk to me. Requested supervisor again. He put me on hold then returned with permission to speak to me. Gave 3 options: Keep waiting; file paperwork for new check (which he said could take up to another 3 weeks to fully process); wait 10-12 weeks for SBTPG to return my refund to IRS. Agreed to email form for new check while I considered my options. Never received email.
APR 6: SBTPG responded to BBB that my issue was resolved. I rejected this response.
APR 12: Called SBTPG and requested supervisor. Agent told me supervisor would not get on phone, account was flagged because I filed complaint, and he could not speak to me. So I asked him just to email me the form I was promised last week. He refused. Informed me I would receive response through BBB. I explained they already responded that the issue was resolved but I still haven't received my refund and I just wanted help getting my refund. He repeated all responses would go through BBB. I asked who else (higher in chain) I could talk to for help. He repeated BBB thing, thanked me for my call, then hung up.
APR 13: Contacted USPS for help. Awaiting response.
APR 13: Contacted Turbo Tax for help. Agent said they can't do anything!
APR 13: Filed complaint with Consumer Finance Protection Bureau. Awaiting response.
What else are we supposed to do!?
Trying to call them today and it’s not even ringing, it’s giving me a busy signal. I don’t know what to do either .

Dang thats a lot!! I called turbo tax yesterday and she told me to call the irs to make a claim to trace the check but idk how that's gonna help...im just frustrated because getting conflicting answers
