According to Turbo Tax agent, they have nothing to do with SBTPG .  They understand it's their intermediary financial institution used to process their fees and our refunds, but they can only help track down timelines and such connected to the IRS. Which is why she redirected you to the IRS. They can't/won't do anything to help with SBTPG. 

When I talk to Turbo Tax and SBTPG agents, it's obvious they're call center reps who are not directly responsible for withholding or delaying my refund. I acknowledge this with them. I acknowledge they're probably getting a lot of angry people on their lines. So I ask them to understand that I am just as frustrated and stressed by this whole experience, but I must keep trying to get help tracking down my refund. Something went wrong somewhere along the way in their process, and someone should be able to help figure it out and get me my refund. It's a reasonable expectation.

Ms. Melonie09.  Contact the Attorney General in California. Also.  Go on they're sit and make a Complaint.  Also Contact Attorney General in your city.  And call 2 or 3 times a day even if they say they can't talk to you.  I did all this and more and got my check 23 days after I.R.S. Sent my refund to this SBtg Bank

I’m in a class action lawsuit with them and have been since 3/4/22.  Trust me. 23 days is the typical amount of days it arrives no matter what y’all told.

@IwantMYmoneyNOW  are you suggesting I wait before I ask for a new check? 3 agents told me my check was mailed on 3/4, 1 guy told me to promise I wouldn't tell on him that my check was actually mailed on the 28th. What do you suggest I do?
