how long did it take for irs to accept taxes to get advanced money

My e-file turbo tax taxes were filed on the 12th and I was just notified at 6:05 pm tonight 1/21/25 that they were accepted by the IRS. I did apply and was pre approved for a refund advance loan. It is now 9:30PM and I still do not have it. Any idea if this is normal as they advertise it happens instantly after the IRS accepts your return?

Not true I filed mine and it got rejected yesterday, even though they don’t start accepting applications until January 29th

If referring to the IRS, then yes, but the IRS doesn't officially open for return processing until January 27.  So most people who already efiled won't know if their efiled return was accepted/rejected until at some point after the IRS opens.  A few returns are pulled early by the IRS for testing purposes.

How are you going to claim most people will be waiting til after Jan 29th 2025 for the IRS to accept their return? You are aware the IRS opens the 27th, NOT the 29th, right? Please educate yourself before spreading false information.

Both my state and federal have been approved so that’s not even correct

Same with me.  IRS accepted mine last year on 01/19. Advance was in my CK account within a minute of being accepted. The year before last was accepted on 01/18 and in my account within a minute as well.  This year IRS accepted on 01/17 and still no word regarding the Refund Advance.  There is definitely something going on somewhere.
