Same with me. IRS accepted mine last year on 01/19. Advance was in my CK account within a minute of being accepted. The year before last was accepted on 01/18 and in my account within a minute as well. This year IRS accepted on 01/17 and still no word regarding the Refund Advance. There is definitely something going on somewhere.
