How do I know if I qualify for the advance? Its only asking me for payment information for preparing my own taxes.

Sorry…TurboTax does not have any refund advance loans at this time. For the past several tax seasons, there have been refund advance loans during January and February. The refund advance loans are not issued until the IRS accepts your e-file. The IRS will not be accepting e-files until sometime late in January.

TurboTax will not be offering a refund advance on a 2024 federal tax refund until January 2025.
