How do I go back in and fix my return?

Please explain what you mean by "fix my return."  Did you already e-file it?  What mistake(s) did you make?

My mom can claim me as a dependent but I marked that no one else was claiming me.

How do I go back in and fix my return?

You should have received an email from TurboTax instructing you on how to fix your EIN. Please click the link and follow the instructions to fix your rejected return. https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/1901491-how-do-i-fix-a-rejected-return
