How can I transfer the funds on my prepaid card to a bank card?

Im on hold with the # [phone number removed] that I found on the back of my turbotax card. I have been on hold now for 36 minutes. My intention is to transfer my balance to my local bank account. After reading through here, it seems this is going to be complicated. Ill update what I am told after this call.

total hold time 1hr30m. There are no wire transfers. No paypal transfers. Only transfer to another green dot card. Only way to get cash out to put in your bank is atm withdraw @$500 daily limit. Or bank teller withdraw @$3k daily limit and $10k per month. Want to get over 10k out? Tough! It's going to take over a month. I will NEVER use this card again and i'm pretty ticked at turbotax for getting involved in this. Honestly I'm considering using a different tax service all together after this mess.

We are using 2 ways.  Zelle and Cash app from Square.  

Both require two accounts.  In both cases my dad has account and I have the other. 

Zelle I am linked to my debit card and send funds to my dad.  TurboCard to PNC in seconds.  

Cash app is link to my debit card.  I add funds and then send to my dad.  My dad then cashed out and it goes into his account at PNC.   TurboCard —> Cash —> Cash—> PNC

all have limits and start up restrictions
