I filed my taxis and i order a card. I was wondering why am i receiving emails about me not choosing to put my money on the card and that i did not set up on the card. I was wondering is there a way to go back in my info to see if i have a card coming to my address. i just want to make sure i did it right

i applied for the cash advance and was told i was approve for a $1000 cash advance and would get as soon as my federal taxes was accepted.My federal taxes was accepted today but nothing from the prepaid people.

You’ll be notified by email of the approved amount and you’ll be able to start spending online, typically within 48 hours of the IRS accepting your return.

I haven't... They say you can use it for online purchases but it still doesn't even work. Their customer service REALLY SUCKS.
