How can I request to have a new turbo tax refund card sent?

• I have access to my Turbo Visa Debit Card: If you have access to your Turbo Visa Debit Card, there is nothing more you need to do. I chaged my address. So i called because i never received my card they gave me an email address to send a photo ID in the address form where I stay at and that was a month ago and I still haven't received my card

How do u set up a prepaid Acct without having the card Nd card numbers to do so? It’s ask for card info I don’t have the card so does tht mean I cannot set up acct
