TurboTax does not store your bank information.

Once a tax return has been filed the bank information cannot be changed.

When you file the 2020 federal tax return you can enter the bank routing and account number for a direct deposit of a federal tax refund in the File section of the TurboTax program.

If you have already e-filed and it has been accepted by the IRS or you mailed in your 2020 tax return, you are not able to make any changes to your direct deposit information in TurboTax. If your financial institution rejects the deposit, the government will mail your refund check. If your return gets rejected, you can update your account information and any issues that caused the rejection. 

If your tax refund hasn't posted yet, you can try to call the IRS and request them to stop the direct deposit.

I got a new routing and account number for my bank I change the old one to the new one so hard do I update it for my taxes

How to change routing number if already filed

If you've already filed and your return has been accepted (or mailed), it's too late to change your bank account for direct deposit.  If your return is rejected, you can go back in and change your routing number.  See the following Help Article for more information:  What if I entered the wrong bank account for direct deposit? - Intuit

I'm assuming you're wanting to change the bank account your payroll goes into (that's what is reported on your W-2) and that needs to be processed with your employer directly.
