Sorry, no there is not a TurboTax application which tracks income tax deductions.

There are financial programs which will track your tax deductions, such as Quicken, where you will be able to import that information into TurboTax.

Not sure what sort of tax deductions you are asking about.   The It's Deductible program for keeping track of charitable deductions is being discontinued.
