Ive the same problem... when am I supposed to get the other email explaining about setting up my debit card? I got the first email saying my loan was deposited but I dont have my card number yet in order for me to create a profile. I dont have anything on my trash nor spam
the email shouldve been sent right after you filed. try looking through your trash for the day you actually filed it.

Need help! Talked To a dozen people today and nobody seems to have any idea what’s going on! I got through all the steps needed and then I was supposed to verify my email address and I got a code and my phone died. So I can’t enter this information anywhere and nobody seems to know how to help! And then it keeps asking for my card number, I don’t have one obviously it’s temporary!

If you created a Turbo Visa Debit Card online account and have funds available but you’re unable to use your temporary card number for online purchases, call us toll-free at (888) 285-4169.
If you received a Refund Advance last year, you’ll need to create a new account to see your Refund Advance funds for this year. You won’t see the funds if you log in with the account you made last year.

Getting to know the Turbo® Visa® Debit Card
The problem is that we can't purchase anything with the temporary card that was given in the account. All the online purchases was have tried, none of them went through. It's declined. So we need help to actually use this temp card intil we recieve a phyical one in the mail. What I've been reading is that people haven't been receiving their cards either. This is horrible.
I've accessed my account and got a temporary card number but it doesn't work and no one will help you. Everyone elses temporary card doesn't work.
