Can I transfer money from my turbo tax prepaid card to my bank account

So, I’ve been trying to re-order a replacement debit card for about a month now and since I moved they wont allow me to, I cant access any of my funds and this is completely unprofessional there aren’t any live agents I can speak with and it’s really upsetting. I need help !

****PLEASE DO NOT, NNOOOOOOTTTTT, USE THIS BANK AND ITS SERVICES, IT IS ONLY TROUBLES AND HEADACHES AND TRICKS. THEY WANT YOU TO DEPOSIT IN THEIR BANK FOR LIFE, AND THEY WANT TO MILK YOU EVERY TIME YOU MAKE A TRANSACTION. I HAVE TRIED TO LINK THEIR **bleep**TY CARD WITH AN OUTSIDE ACCOUNT, AND FOUND OUT THEY DO NOT ALLOW IT. I CAN ONLY GIVE THE F WORD WITH A HUGE F.

What you can do is go purchase a green dot debit card (21.95 total) and order your personalized card(3 to 5 days it says) then log into your turbo card app and send money to yourself (once you get your personalized card bc it will not allow it on the temporary card. You legit only have to enter your phone number ( or email) and you recieve a link saying *you* sent *you* money. Do you accept? Then once you do you enter your new personalized green dot card number. Wah lah!!!

*this is only a fix for those that do not have their turbotax card*

This turbo tax card is absoluty useless. I tried to pull out the money and it does not work on any atm. It always says you reached your limit. I am totally frustrated that the money is locked up and all I want is to get my money out and deposit it in my account.
