Can someone for Turbo hell me please, I been on the phone waiting for someone to answer for 5 hours, my turbo card was working perfectly and now it declined transactions it wont let me withdraw money and I cant even access my online account it tells me I have wrong password I need to access my money and I need to speak to someone to fix my card

Ive try that bit the only thing is that its coming up that i have 3 different accounts so i have to put in a crad number so they know which account im calling in behalf of and i dont have it.
Ive already called and did that but im still having trouble due to me having different acct under my name so im unable to get an agent dur to not know which card im calling for

You dont seem to understand... if you dont have the card number, you cant talk to anyone. Even when it finally goes through... NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE!!!

And.... another 3 hour wait so that nobody answers AGAIN?!
We have tried every option you have asked us to do.. and NOBODY answers! When are you going to tell your higher ups to get ahold of someone in that department so they can get their heads out of their butts?!
So if i press lost or never received a card a real person will answer or will it automatically generate another card. Then I would be stuck with another card that would need to be cancelled. RIGHT!!
