Can I get my money without e-file

Although efiling is highly recommended it is not absolutely required ... in the FILE tab choose to mail in the return instead.

If you want to print and mail your return you will have to pay the fees first with a credit card.  You can only have the deducted from your refund using efile.

Be sure to attach copies of your W2s and any 1099s that have withholding on them.  You have to mail federal and state in separate envelopes because they go to different places.  Get a tracking number from the post office when you mail them for proof of filing.
