Yes.
My PC hard drive crashed some 6 month ago and was unable to recover my tax returns from 2014 through 2018

If you used the desktop CD/Download editions installed on your computer, the only copy of your tax data file and any PDF's will be on the computer where the return was created. TurboTax does not store online any returns completed using the desktop editions.
Or go to this IRS website for free federal tax return transcripts - https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript
For a fee of $50 you can get a complete federal tax return from the IRS by completing Form 4506 - http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f4506.pdf
@bmolder65 Tax returns prepared in the TurboTax CD/Download software are stored locally on your computer or storage device, even if you e-filed. Unlike TurboTax Online, we don't maintain returns prepared in the TurboTax CD/Download software on our secure servers. If you do not have a copy, you can get a copy from the IRS, by following the instructions in the link below:
This question is not mine. I have just finished my 2019 return.
I am getting ready to file it. I do not need my 2018 return as it is in front of me.
@WellRI, Do you have a question for us? [Edited 03/28/2020 7:51pm EST]
My question was and still is as it hasn't been answered yet:
IRS does not recognize the AGI shown on my 2018 tax return.
I can always mail in the return if they keep rejecting the e file
submission. Rejecterd 3 times after giving them the AGI.
I haven't put zero down yet as suggested as that is not a true figure from the return.
@WellRIIf you filed late or amended your return, your correct 2018 AGI may not be in the system.

Note: If you mail your federal return, you will also need to mail your state return. You will not be able to e-file your state return.

TurboTax cannot mail or email your tax returns to you. You can download a PDF of the tax returns yourself.
To access your current or prior year tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the userID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/
Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents click on Show. Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)
See this TurboTax support FAQ for accessing prior year online tax returns - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/prior-year-return/help/how-do-i-access-my-prior-year-return/01/270...

You must amend the 2018 tax return to add the income.
See this TurboTax support FAQ for amending a 2018 tax return - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/amending/help/how-do-i-amend-a-return-in-turbotax/01/27579
