I just want a TurboTax account to see the past return and start new return. Why not focus on main business line and start doing social thing?
You'll need to sign in or create an account to connect with an expert.
You have to access your own account and/or print it for yourself using exactly the same account and user ID that you used when you prepared the return.
Start a 2023 return online and enter some personal information so that the menu on the left opens up and lets you access your past year returns.
Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them. Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax? If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.

You can get a free transcript from the IRS or for a fee of $43, an actual copy of your tax return.

I see but I have only one account, I just didn't remember since when I got Intuit account as well.
I just clicked many ignores or whatever the buttons are called to pass this state, then I saw Tax Home showing up. Thanks for the confirmation - It is a really bad design for software navigation. Sadly seen TurboTax online enforce people to start online reporting process even they are not intented to, they may just want to download the .tax2022 and then purchase Desktop version before starting 2023 tax return. The pricing for Online edition is rediculous higher than the desktop edition you can purchase everywhere, meanwhile Online edition wants to lock people into Online edition by this stupid move. Really sad as it drives me away from Online reporting I had been used for past several years.
