@Gililland2 And...no, you will not get a refund when your prepared return is rejected. TurboTax does not promise you that your e-file will be accepted by the IRS. Your fee is the same whether you e-file or file it by mail in an envelope.
I need to know what my agi was for 2019
You need your 2019 AGI to efile 2020. The AGI is on 2019 1040 line 8b. If you filed a Joint return you use the same AGI for each spouse.
How to find the AGI.

If you didn't file 2019 or filed it later in the year or mailed it, then try entering 0 for the AGI. If that doesn't work you will have to print and mail your return.
Or request a transcript from the IRS

@Tamara2021 Your 2019 AGI is on line 8b of your 2019 tax return.
Where do I find my AGI?
https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/agi/help/how-do-i-find-last-year-s-agi/01/25947
Your 2019 tax return shows your 2019 Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) If you filed a joint return then the AGI is the same for each of you.
Form 1040 line 8b
If you are using the same TT account that you used last year, you should also be able to find this number in your Tax Home for 2019
If entering the amount from your 2019 tax return does not work, then try entering “0” instead. If that does not work and you still cannot e-file, then print, sign, and mail your tax return.
You can get a free transcript of your past return from the IRS:
https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript
Note: If you filed late or amended your return, your correct 2019 AGI may not be in the system.
https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/1944348-how-do-i-print-and-mail-my-return-in-turbotax-online
Note: If you mail your federal return, you will also need to mail your state return. You will not be able to e-file your state return.

Your 2019 AGI is on the 2019 federal tax return that you filed, Form 1040 on Line 8b
To access your prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/
Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents click on Show. Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)
If you used the desktop CD/Download editions installed on your computer, the only copy of your tax data file and any PDF's will be on the computer where the return was created. TurboTax does not store online any returns completed using the desktop editions.
Or go to this IRS website for free federal tax return transcripts - https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript
For a fee of $43 you can get a complete federal tax return from the IRS by completing Form 4506 - http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f4506.pdf
I put zero it says it's wrong, There is nothing on line 8b or whatever it is
I've done everything and it still gets rejected
How do I get a transcript
You filed a 2019 return and there is nothing on line 8b? Then zero should work to let you e-file 2020. If zero will not work then you will need to print sign and mail 2020.
When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s. Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS/state received the return.
Federal and state returns must be in separate envelopes and they are mailed to different addresses. Read the mailing instructions that print with your tax return carefully so you mail them to the right addresses.

I did submit my 2020 tax return but it was rejected. When I open my return it doesn't give me any change to be done. What should I do. I am a senior citizen and don't know much about computer and online. Please take a look in my 2020 tax return and help me step by step.

if the 2020 e-filed tax return was rejected for the 2019 AGI then enter a 0 (zero) for the 2019 AGI and e-file the 2020 tax return again.
See this TurboTax support FAQ for how to correct the the 2019 AGI - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/agi/help/where-do-i-correct-my-agi-in-turbotax-online/01/26311
I put in the correct AGI and e file was rejected - what is the problem? Turbo Tax software is the problem ?
Try entering 0 for the AGI. The IRS took a long time last year to process returns so the AGI didn't get entered into the right database in time.
Now I am confused, after filling my 2020 return on about 10-12-21 I received an email telling me it had been accepted.
Would you please tell me it was received. My bank was debited for the additional tax that I owed.
Thanks,
Gary Gilillnad
