2019 was filed electronically by Way & Co accounting.not turbo tax
AGI listed was correct. 2nd try used pin from tax form
tried entering $0 for AGI. still rejected
same here, and what makes it worse is going to miss the deadline even mail in the return
Actually we can find our accurate AGI from IRS website (it takes some effort to register and verify personal information). I did that and just resubmited. Finger crossed!
I am having the same problem. What can we do?
After receiving a message from Turbotax, state and federal refund was accepted, I got the state, but federal specified on a statement, the is Zero.

Delete the form and then re-enter manually.
I don 't have my pin for previous year

You do not need your PIN for the prior tax year. You can enter any 5 digit PIN. However, you must have the 2019 AGI if you filed a 2019 tax return. The 2019 AGI is on the 2019 Federal Tax Return Form 1040 Line 8b.
If the IRS rejects your 2020 tax return for the 2019 AGI then enter a 0 (zero) for the 2019 AGI and e-file the 2020 tax return again.
happened to me, I had to file a retuned by mail and now there is no record of it after six weeks. Really awful Turbo Tax experience.
@kfalinski12 Rejections do not come from TurboTax. if your tax return was rejected, it was rejected by the IRS. If you mailed your return, then it is caught in the IRS backlog, so you will be waiting for it to show up on the IRS refund site. TurboTax has no way to know what happened to your mailed return.
MAILED RETURNS
Per the IRS:
COVID-19 Mail Processing Delays
It’s taking us longer to process mailed documents including:
We are processing all mail in the order we received it.
Do not file a second tax return or call the IRS.
It can take 3-4 weeks (or longer since the IRS is backlogged) for anything to show up on the IRS site when you mail a tax return. Expect at least 6-8 weeks for complete processing of a mailed return and probably longer.
If you mail a tax return (or a payment) to the IRS, it is a good idea to use a mailing service that will track it like UPS or certified mail so you will know it was received.
When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s.
TurboTax will not know anything about your mailed return, and will continue to show “Ready to Mail” on your account. TurboTax will not know that you put your tax return in an envelope and took it to a mailbox. TurboTax does not get updates on mailed (or e-filed) returns.
When the IRS opens its mail and begins to process mailed returns you can check the status on the IRS site. https://www.irs.gov/refunds
State returns have to be mailed to the state.
