Qualified Business Deduction on Rental Property

I have filed my 2019 and received a tax refund. After reading TT calculation bug on forum, today I went and downloaded updates for TT Premier and open my filed return and see it has 300$ additional refund with additional QBI applied to my deduction. My Q is how do I amend my return to get that additional $300 refund in TT. My state doesn't have income tax so one less thing to worry.   

My second Q:  Because of TT s/w issue my refund was calculated incorrectly, do they not have to refund my s/w purchase cost?
