I just need ti change my turbotax visa card. I forgot mine first one uts been so long .  Now refund and two stimulus  is on card i cant access. I cant get help from card and turbotax  is telling me to calk card card says ti go ti turbotax.  Im tired of the run around. Card is not lost or stolen,  i just need a pin number to use at atm to get my monry

And would they send it to me or what do I have to do I don’t have a direct number to call you guys and it goes to an automated system which doesn’t let me do much because I don’t know anything about my card please help thanks

How do I report my card lost or stolen?

If you lose your card or believe it to be stolen, log in to report it lost/stolen. We will cancel your current card, transfer the remaining balance to a new card, and then mail it out to the address on file. A lost/stolen card replacement fee applies. See your Cardholder Agreement for more information.

The stimulus payment will go to the account you entered for direct deposit on the 2019 tax return.  The direct deposit information cannot be changed.  If the account is closed the IRS will send the payment by mail or on a debit card.

Are you sure it went to the card ?    If you used the refund processing service it will not go to the card since the processing bank will not accept money to a closed account ...

If you did not use the  refund processing service and  instead entered the debit card direct deposit info directly into the FILE tab then the following  doesn't apply to you.   

If you used the refund processing service to pay the TT fees from the federal refund and the balance put on the TT card then the processing bank will NOT be accepting those deposits.  They will be rejected and the IRS will issue a check mailed to the address they currently have on file.  Putting in a change of address with the IRS before filing your return will be a waste of time since it will not be processed fast enough but you can put in a forwarding address with the post office if allowed.

The IRS will stop mailing payments on 1/15  so if you do not get a check in the mail by 1/27 you can get the money on the 2020 return you will file.  The IRS will not start processing returns until 1/27 at the earliest so you have time to wait and see.

The IRS has announced that the second round  Economic Impact Payments(EIP) are being delivered directly to qualified taxpayers, and the IRS has indicated payments will NOT  be delivered to Refund Transfer banks including Santa Barbara TPG. TPG will not play a role in facilitating these payments. The eligibility amount and status of your stimulus payment can be found at IRS.gov/coronavirus.

If the IRS indicates funds were sent to TPG those funds will be rejected back to the IRS. The IRS may indicate funds were deposited to an account ending in the last four digits of your Social Security number. For your protection any account that was established at TPG to facilitate processing of your tax refund was closed when you received your original tax refund, and that account no longer exists.

Unfortunately, TPG does not have any visibility into this information, therefore our agents cannot answer any questions regarding these payments.

TurboTax has NO control over your stimulus check, nor can TT track it or tell you when you will receive it.  The IRS will use the same banking information for the 2nd stimulus that they used for the first one.  If that account (or card) is closed then the stimulus will go back to the IRS and they will mail you a check.

Wow talk about trash I got my stimulist today now all of a suden turbo wantse to send a pic of my id I've sent probably 30+ pics keeps saying can't read how it's as cl ar as day.as soon as I get this I'm withdrawaling everything cutting my card up and never using turbo or green dot again can't speak to a live agent and this whole operation is trash if I would have known it would be such a pain in the ass I would have never went threw turbo.the CEO needs to have knots on his head

Good ... paying for the refund processing service that issues a prepaid debit card is not the wisest option to use.  Clear the account then don't use it again. 

To clear the account or access it  requires you to follow the bank instructions.    See if you can enlarge the ID and/or use a color printer to get a better quality of photo.

I’m having the same issue currently, I even tried to get a replacement and every time I enter my birthday it says my birthday isn’t a valid entry (which is extremely stupid when I know my own birthday)  they can’t find my card on file but I have a turbo card with my name on it that I got for my tax return last year and I can’t even see if I have my stimulus on it or anything. I CANT EVEN get in contact with a LIVE person to fix this situation, and every time I try to log into the turbo card app it says my account has been closed so why in the hell is that happening, I don’t even know my transaction history. Can somebody please fix this ASAP.

Back in August I received an email stating the debit card service no longer available after that so I called the card number and they assured me my account was closed. Now Friday Jan 12021 I get an email stating my stimulus was deposited to this account that was suppose to be close I sat in the phone all afternoon on Friday and got hung up on several times I know very well they hung up on me now today Jan 4 2021 I attentp again to speak to someoen tk get a new card sent to me to access my funds now again today hung up on twice after listening to all the prompts yet again I will never use these ppl again there crooked and can't even resolve an issue with an account that was suppose to be closed back in August of 2020. The representative s act ignorant but they know what there doing it's wrong and I need to know where to go to report this cause I still haven't been able to resolve this very serious issue
