After you file
Back in August I received an email stating the debit card service no longer available after that so I called the card number and they assured me my account was closed. Now Friday Jan 12021 I get an email stating my stimulus was deposited to this account that was suppose to be close I sat in the phone all afternoon on Friday and got hung up on several times I know very well they hung up on me now today Jan 4 2021 I attentp again to speak to someoen tk get a new card sent to me to access my funds now again today hung up on twice after listening to all the prompts yet again I will never use these ppl again there crooked and can't even resolve an issue with an account that was suppose to be closed back in August of 2020. The representative s act ignorant but they know what there doing it's wrong and I need to know where to go to report this cause I still haven't been able to resolve this very serious issue
