I’m having the same issue currently, I even tried to get a replacement and every time I enter my birthday it says my birthday isn’t a valid entry (which is extremely stupid when I know my own birthday)  they can’t find my card on file but I have a turbo card with my name on it that I got for my tax return last year and I can’t even see if I have my stimulus on it or anything. I CANT EVEN get in contact with a LIVE person to fix this situation, and every time I try to log into the turbo card app it says my account has been closed so why in the hell is that happening, I don’t even know my transaction history. Can somebody please fix this ASAP.
