Did you use TT desktop (CD/download)? Look on your computer hard drive for a .tax file.
As for the IRS, it is seriously backlogged due to all the extra stimulus filings, as well as a few million unprocessed 2019 returns left over from the COVID shutdown. In addition, the Where's My Refund site has been erratic and unreliable. But if TT told you the IRS Accepted your filing for processing, then the government has it. (Approved is a later step, but TT receives no further updates once Accepted.) Contacting the IRS will not help, and the IRS has implored taxpayers not to call them. Lots of other folks are still waiting, so please continue to be patient. Also see:

You may also have more than one account without realizing it. If you used Online TurboTax to prepare your return, it's not uncommon to end up with more than one account.
You can have up to 5 accounts that use the same email address for notification purposes. A User ID may be an email address, but it doesn't have to be. It might be only part of an email address, or it can be anything at all.
We need to first know if you prepared your return in Online TurboTax or the desktop software (CD/download). We can tell you how to look for multiple accounts and regain access.

You said you used Online TurboTax (the web version) to file your return, so we should be able to help you find the right Online account. It sounds like you did not sign into the correct account. Here's how to troubleshoot:
You need to try the Account Recovery tool below, even if you think you only one account. It will help you find your original account. There is also a second method I'll be posting below called "Try Something Else." And I'll also tell you how to phone TurboTax Support, if needed, so they can help you find your account.
To get a list of your User IDs, reset password, and recover account access, etc., you can use the tool at the link below. When using the Account Recovery tool, try using your phone number first if you can still access it. After that, if necessary, then run the tool on your email address(es) you can access.
NOTE: Before running the account recovery tool below, log out of all Intuit accounts including this user forum, or you might end up in a loop. Then clear your browser Internet cache, close your browser, then reopen it, and go to the link below. You may wish to copy this link so you can paste it into the new browser session.

If still no luck after running that on your phone number you can still access and email address(es) that you can access, here's another method:
Go back to the same tool again, but this time leave the data field blank. Instead, scroll down a bit, then choose the small blue link that says "Try something else", and it will look you up by SSN and other parameters.
